Surprise Birthday Gift!

I am starting this crochet collection with a gift to my hubby. It is an amigurumi of one of his favorite characters from a cartoon as a child. It is Arale from Dr. Slump. I was unable to finish the gift in time for his birthday =(. Due to COVID-19, all non-essential stores were closed, which means I couldn't shop at Michaels or Hobby Lobby. I also had trouble finding skin tone color for my doll. Finally gave him the gift today! This is how it looks! I am very happy now that the project is completed.
